A great way to get FIT, lose weight, make friends, increase stamina our 4 week bootcamps run as follows:

Wednesdays 6.00am – 6.30am outdoors in Hazlemere

Fridays 6.00am – 6.30am outdoors in Hazlemere

Saturdays 8.30am – 9.00am – THIS IS AN INSANITY CLASS AND TAKES PLACE AT WIDMER END VILLAGE HALL

PLENTY OF FREE PARKING AT THE VENUES

CHOOSE FROM 1, 2, or 3 Sessions per week – obviously the more you attend the better your results may be (or you can just use it to get superfit and have fun!)
As well as the ‘live’ classes you also get access to (for those that want it) :
  • Nutrition manual to tell you what to eat and what not to eat to maximise your results
  • 28 day VIP online access to Kick Start Fat Loss workouts and recipes
  • 28 day access to Facebook group
  • Support over the 4 weeks from your instructor

Week commencing 4th August – 4 week bootcamp (no session on Bank Holiday Monday)
